Apa itu Integriti ???

   Secara ringkasnya, integriti boleh dibincangkan kepada dua bahagian iaitu, pertama bersabit dengan individu; kedua integriti di peringkat organisasi. Namun begitu, pada umumnya integriti merujuk kepada himpunan kualiti unggul yang wujud di kalangan individu dan kualiti ini berteraskan kepada prinsip berpegang teguh kepada kejujuran dan amalan bermoral tinggi.

Di peringkat individu, integriti ialah keselarasan di antara tindakan dengan prinsip moral, etika dan undang-undang; serta keselarasan di antara kepentingan diri dengan kepentingan umum. Sementara itu di peringkat organisasi tercermin dalam perumusan dan perlaksanaan kod etika, piagam pelanggan atau sistem dan proses kerja serta pematuhan kepada amalan terbaik. Kod etika berkenaan ditegaskan, diulangi dan dihayati oleh anggota organisasi berkenaan sehingga menjadi kebiasaan dan akhirnya menjadi budaya organisasi (corporate culture).

Objektif Minggu Integriti diadakan adalah untuk :
      • Meningkatkan kefahaman warga pendidik tentang integriti dan Pelan Integriti Nasional (PIN).
      • Meningkatkan komitmen warga pendidik tentang peranan yang boleh dimainkan dalam mengukuhkan integriti masyarakat.
      • Mendapatkan kerjasama warga pendidik bagi membantu menyebarluaskan kefahaman tentang integriti dan PIN dalam kalangan pelajar.
      • Menyemaikan peribadi mulia yang terdapat pada diri individu meliputi nilai-nilai amanah, jujur, ikhlas, sabar, anti rasuah, berlapang dada, telus, bertanggungjawab dan ciri-ciri positif yang lain.

Part 1 What should we eat more???


   Let’s start to keep our body healthy first with practicing FOOD PYRAMID or 
   MY PLATE!!!




 







You may have a favourite food, but the best choice is to eat a variety. If you eat different foods, you're more likely to get the nutrients your body needs.

ASK: How do you stay HEALTHY??
                             
    *     You eat less on sweet and oily food
      *     You eat moderate on protein food (meat, milk, fish).
      *     You eat more on vegetables and fruits.
      *     You eat most on cereals (breads, noodles, rice)


Part 2 (Let’s Talk)
‘Would you…’  ‘I would like…please’

-‘Would you’ is used when asking a question to someone.

-‘I (pronoun)’ will start in a sentence and ‘please’ comes at the end.

Activity: Now ask your friend (work in pair) and your sentences must start with ‘Would     You’ and your friend will answer ‘I would like…please

         *      Would you like some bread?
         *      I would like some bread, please.                        
         *      Would you like some chicken?
         *      I would like some chicken, please.
         *      Would you like a curry puff?
         *      I would like a curry puff, please.
         *      Would you like a sandwich and an egg?
         *      I would like a sandwich and an egg, please?

If you want to be fit and healthy you need to eat good food.

Part 3 (Let’s learn)

        A)    Comma (,)
We use it to separate items in a list or series or divide parts of a sentence to make the meaning clearer.

     Examples: I like to eat prawns, fish, and crabs.         
                       Carrots, turnips, and radishes are nice to eat.

       B)    Singular nouns and Plural nouns

We use a singular noun to show a person, place or thing. We use the plural noun to show more than one person, place or thing. We make plural nouns by adding –s or – es.

Examples: Would you like a sandwich?
                      I would like some eggs, please.
                     We also get food from plants and trees. Cucumbers and tomatoes come from 
                      plants.
